Given that the presence of carnosine in the body directly depends on beta-alanine, you bring your body to the desired state by using beta-alanine.

What is Glycerol, and why is it here?
Glycerol is the backbone of triacylglycerol (TAG), your dietary fat. But, your body cannot digest TAG directly. Since you are exercising, your muscles require dietary nutrition. These TAGs are brought to your muscles for breakdown into energy, thus bringing water which leads to a greater cell volume --> a pump. Adding only Glycerol and not the rest of the TAG structure speeds up this process because it is easier to digest/absorb.
I had never heard of Stabilized Arginine Silicate
